This light-filled retreat features soft linens, neutral decor and all the comforts of home. Beach access is just a short ride away via the included golf cart/low-speed vehicle (LSV) or beach cruiser bicycles. Walk or bike to The Big Chill (formerly known as The Hub) for live music, outdoor movies, arcade games and great food and drinks. Refunds due to weather will follow Airbnb’s cancellation policy unless a mandatory evacuation is issued. Located right on Scenic Highway 30A, our home sits perfectly poised in the heart of it all — perfectly positioned between the iconic Seaside (4 miles west) and Alys/Rosemary Beach (3 miles east). At our home, you will also have access to 2 parking spots in the driveway, but we make exploring effortless with a 6-seater golf cart and 4 bikes included with your stay. This allows you can zip down 30A, grab coffee, or head to the sand in minutes. We even supply beach towels, chairs, and toys! 🏖 Beach Access Distances: Deer Lake State Park: 0.9 miles (5 min golf cart ride) — serene boardwalk over dunes to a stunning, quieter beach. Walton Dunes Beach Access: 2.5 miles — popular public access with parking. Sea Breeze Beach: 1.5 mile - bike access only, outdoor shower available. Santa Clara (Bramble Grove Place) Beach Access: 3.8 miles — full amenities with seasonal lifeguards, restrooms and wide beach.
